Joël Robuchon, Guy Savoy, Pierre Troisgros, Christophe Michalak, Thierry Marx, Pierre Hermé, Hélène Daroze, Dong Zhenxiang, Hirohisa Koyama, Daniel Patterson, Rene Redzepi, Dave Chang, Tetsuya Wakuda, Massimo Bottura, Jordi Roca… The big names in music international cuisine of today and tomorrow met this weekend in the Monegasque city of Monte Carlo to celebrate in an exceptional way the 25 years of the restaurant Le Louis XV.
Coming from 5 continents, 240 renowned chefs made the trip to attend this great culinary mass orchestrated by the famous Alain Ducasse. On the program of these festivities: a family photo on the Place du Casino to immortalize this anniversary, the installation in the Sporting Monte-Carlo concert hall of a large ephemeral market of emblematic products of the Mediterranean presented by their producers, a "live-cooking "Provided by fourteen chefs who reinterpreted in their own way a dish of their choice and finally a gala dinner paying tribute to the cuisine of the essentials of the restaurant Le Louis XV.
So for three days, these professionals of all ages and styles were able to meet, discuss and discuss the same passion that drives them, cooking.
