Shellfish and ham with cream

Here is a recipe for ham with cream and its shells that should delight the taste buds of young and old.

Ingredients and cooking time, here is the delicious recipe.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 4 slices of white ham
  • 350 g of shellfish
  • 100 g heavy cream
  • 20 g butter
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

Ham with cream and its shells

Bring a pot of water to a boil, season with salt and cook the shells for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, 3 minutes before the end of the pasta cooking, heat the butter in a pan.

As soon as it is foamy, add the ham, brown it (do not add salt). Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a gentle boil.

Drain the pasta.

Serve the shells with the creamed ham. Season with pepper and enjoy!
