Ham Cannelloni, Walnut Tartare & Almond Chips, Chanterelles

Simple to make and deliciously flavored, this recipe for Ham Cannelloni, Walnut Tartare & Almond Chips, Chanterelles by Chef Cyril Haberland is a pure delight

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 1 150g jar of Tartare® Nuts & Almond Pieces
  • 4 sheets of lasagna
  • 6 slices of white Paris ham
  • ½ bunch of arugula
  • 2 tablespoons of walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil dressing
  • A few small chanterelles
  • Some herbs
  • A few dry almonds and walnuts

> Cook the lasagna sheets in boiling water, they should be well cooked. Cool them, put them on a baking sheet and cover them with walnut oil.

> Cover the pates with ham and mask them with cheese.

> Add the arugula in the center then roll up and set aside in the fridge.

> Cut large rings and straighten them. Clean and halve the raw chanterelles and sprinkle with the walnut oil vinaigrette.

Tips : you can replace the chanterelles with button mushrooms or porcini mushrooms when the season allows it
