Light, salty and fruity, this Le Savoureux Connétable tuna crumb salad is a real treat.
Preparation time : 20 minutes
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 1 box of generous tuna crumbs in olive oil Le Savoureux Connétable
- 1 sachet of mesclun
- 2 oranges
- 10 radishes
- 10 g of sliced almonds
- 1/2 lemon zest
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 C. 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
- Sunflower oil
- Salt and pepper
Le Savoureux Connétable Tuna Crumb Salad
1 - Rinse and dry the mesclun. Place in a salad bowl.
2 - Cut the stems and ends of the radishes. Rinse them quickly under cold water and cut them into thin slices. Add them to the salad.
3 - Drain the generous crumbs of tuna in Le Savoureux Connétable olive oil over a container to collect the oil
4 - Peel the oranges and cut them into slices. Collect and reserve the remaining juice.
5 - In a pan, toast the slivered almonds raw (no fat), until they take on a nice golden / brown color.
6 - Take the zest of ½ lemon. Reserve.
7 - In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp of tuna oil, 1 tbsp of sunflower oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and the rest of the orange juice. Mix, add a little salt, pepper and the fennel seeds.
8 - In the salad bowl, add the tuna crumbs and the sauce, then mix. Add the orange slices, lemon zest and finish with the slivered almonds.
