Emmental shell croquettes

Ideal with meat or simply served with a salad, this Emmental croquette recipe is easy and delicious.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 300 g leftover shellfish
  • 50 g grated Emmental
  • 100 g of cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 8 tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp. of sunflower oil
  • 15g butter
  • Salt, freshly ground pepper

Emmental shell croquettes

> Place the shells in a chopper then finely chop them.

> In a salad bowl, pour the chopped shells, add the Emmental. Pour in the cream cheese, egg and season. Mix well.

> On a plate, spread the breadcrumbs. Form croquettes and coat them with breadcrumbs.

> In a frying pan, heat the oil and butter, place the patties in it, cook until they are crispy. Keep warm when entering the oven.

Serve with a mixed salad.
