Here is a delicious appetizer pancakes recipe with fresh cheese, chives and ham, as easy as they are quick to prepare.
Preparation : 10 minutes
Difficulty level : Easy
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 4 wheat pancakes
- 4 slices of white ham
- 1 spreadable fresh cheese (St Morêt type)
- 2 branches of fresh herbs of your choice (basil, parsley, chive)
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
Pancakes with ham and cream cheese
Wash and chop the fresh herbs.
Spread the cream cheese on the pancakes. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Cover with a slice of ham and roll up, tightening the edges properly.
Wrap these pancake rolls in plastic wrap, tighten tightly and refrigerate until ready to eat.

When ready to serve: unwrap the pancakes from the plastic wrap and cut into pieces (like Makis).
